Photo Gallery> On 19 August 2025, Ambassador HE Mr Atul Malhari Gotsurve accompanied HE Mr Damdinnyam Gongor, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources of Mongolia on a visit to Oil Refinery Project site to review the progress of the Refinery. Minister expressed his thanks to the Government of India for the support in the form of soft loan on US$ 1.7 billion for the project. He appreciated the progress of the project and assured all support for the early completion of the strategic project. He met with the Indian workforce (currently 2700) from Engineers India Limited and Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Ltd and conveyed his appreciation for their hard work. Dr Altansetseg, ED of Mongol Refinery presented a report on the project. Ambassador highlighted that the project is a shining example of India-Mongolia Friendship.
