HE Mr G Damdinnyam, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, HE Mr B Delgersaikhan, Minister of Road and Transport, HE Mr O Batjargal, Governor of Dornogovi Province, Mr S Narantsogt, CEO of Erdenes Mongol, Mr U Byambasuren, Deputy Head of the Cabinet Secretariat of Mongolia accompanied the Prime Minister. Dr Altansetseg, ED of Mongol Refinery presented the details of the Project. In his remarks, HE Mr Atul Malhari Gotsurve, Ambassador of India mentioned that the Project is a shining example of India-Mongolia Friendship and once completed it will ensure the energy security of Mongolia and act as a growth pole of economic development of Mongolia. He added that all efforts are being made to complete the strategic project as early as possible. During the site visit, Prime Minister met with the Indian Workforce and appreciated their professionalism and hardwork. He mentioned that India and Mongolia are strategic partners and quoted Prime Minister of India HE Mr Narendra Modi that India and Mongolia are Spiritual Siblings. He expressed satisfaction at the progress and pace of the work and stated to extend all facilitation to complete the project in time
