Mr. Atul Malhari Gotsurve, Ambassador of India participated in the special conference for presentation of the Research on the International Humanitarian Law at Domestic level at the Consesus Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia. Foreign Minister of Mongolia H.E. Ms. Battsetseg Batmunkh made the opening remarks. The research was under the collaboration of Government of Mongolia, Mongolian Red Cross Society and International Red Cross Committee
