Photo Gallery> On 20 Nov 2025, Embassy of India organised a Special Interaction Session of ITEC (Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Programme) Alumni with HE Mr Atul Malhari Gotsurve, Ambassador of India to Mongolia at the Kempinski Hotel, Ulaanbaatar. HE Mr N Enkhbayar, 3rd President of Mongolia (2005 to 2009) was the Chief Guest of the event. Hon’ble Mr Kh Chinbat, President of the India Mongolia Alumni Association, Hon'ble Justice Mr Gangabaatar Dashbalbar, Justice of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia and Dr D Altansetseg, ED of Mongol Refinery were present at the event. In his remarks Ambassador highlighted the role of ITEC scholarship programme of India in the Capacity building of Mongolian professionals in various fields. Ambassador added that each ITEC Alumnus is a Cultural Ambassador of India Mongolia Friendship. HE Mr Enkhbayar mentioned that apart from education, India is a great hub of cultural heritage. Dr Altansetseg thanked the Government of India for the ongoing Oil Refinery Project which is progressing well. Mr Chinbat called upon the youth to study in India to experience the rich culture of India. During the event, the ITEC Alumni shared their experiences in India during the courses. They thanked India for the capacity building opportunity offered to them. There are 270 fully paid ITEC scholarship slots for the period April 25 to March 2026 for Mongolia
