On 20 Mar 2026, Mr Sukhbir, Second Secretary and Head of Chancery participated in the Academic Conference - celebrating the 100th Birth Anniversary of Mr Jamtsyn Badraa (1926-1993), a distinguished cultrual figure of Mongolia at the National University of Mongolia. Mr Badraa was one of the first Mongolian Scholars who went to India to study Sanskrit and was closely associated with noted Professor Raghu Vira. In his remarks, Mr Sukhbir stated the contribution made by Mr Badraa in strengthening the India-Mongolia cultural relations. His notable works include:
