2026 оны 4-р сарын 9-ний өдөр Улаанбаатар хотдах Ентегийн Элчин сайдын яам Ентегийн Соёлын Харилцааны Зөвлөл (ICCR) үүсгэн байгуулагдсны өдрийг 77 дахь удаа ЭСээны байрт төмдэглэн өнгөрүүлэв. Арга хэмжээний гол зочин нь Монгол Улсын гурав дахь Ерөнхийлөгч Эрхэмсэг ноён Н. Энхбаяр уригдан оролцов. Мон ICCR-ийн Төгсөгчдийн Холбооны дарга ноён Х. Чинбат, Төгсөгч ноён Л. Төр-Од, ноён Дүүрэн болон бусад ICCR-ийн төгсөгчид оролцов.
On 09 Apr 2026, Embassy of India, Ulaanbaatar celebrated the 77th Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) Foundation Day at the Embassy with enthusiasm. The Chief Guest of the event was HE Mr N Enkhbayar, 3rd President of Mongolia. Hon Mr Kh Chinbat, Chairman of the ICCR Alumni Association of Mongolia, Mr L Tur-Od, Mr Duren, and several ICCR Scholarship Alumni were present at the event. In his remarks, HE Mr Atul Malhari Gotsurve explained the important role played by ICCR in promoting cultural relations between India-Mongolia and other countries of the world. He mentioned the contribution of Hon'ble Maulana Azad, the first Education Minister of India. He also gave a brief overview of the various functions of ICCR. HE Mr Enkhbayar fondly recalled his visit to India under the 'Distinguished Visitor’s Programme' of ICCR. He also shared his interactions with His Eminence Rinpoche Kushok Bakula when he was Ambassador of India to Mongolia. Mr Chinbat stated that it is the responsibility of all Alumni to work for the development of India-Mongolia relations. Mr Sonam Rigchhok, Attache gave the vote of thanks and highlighted the ongoing ICCR scholarship programme. During the event, the Ambassador also conducted a special interaction session with ICCR Alumni.
