The group was led by Mr. A. Bayar, Chairman and Speaker of the Citizen's Representative Council of Ulaanbaatar City who extended his sincere appreciation to the Embassy and Govt of India for facilitating this valuable opportunity. Mr. Bayar also said that it is rare for diplomatic missions to offer scholarships that comprehensively cover all aspects of study, including full tuition, airfare, accommodation, and a living allowance. He remarked that the initiative undertaken by the Embassy of India is a clear reflection of India’s deep commitment to its partnership with Mongolia and a testament to the enduring friendship that both countries enjoys. Cd'A a.i. also spoke on the India's commitment in providing support for the capacity building programs and provided the details of extensive courses and programs available under ITEC.
